For the salad, buy a bag with a mixed salad. Is the red and green cabbage and grated carrot all (much easier than anything themselves) comminution. Season to taste, add a little vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper. Then Duke's mayonnaise mixture until it reaches the desired consistency is better than the salad dressing can be purchased. The best beef and pork in Boston threw a cigarette butt. Bake in a clay pot until it is soft, it will take some time, then chop. Find a dry rub and mix well with vinegar, add the minced pork is delicious.

This is the recipe that I always - pulled beef, but do it with a pork roast with the same frequency. I sometimes put pork in clay pot with a bottle of barbecue sauce, but the recipe is much better and not all that hard work.

Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Sandwich

3 / black 4 c. Pepper Tea
2 1 / 2 pound beef (flank steak, rump steak or similar cut)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup tomato sauce

3 tablespoons molasses
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard tea
1 tsp cumin
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon

Under 10 rolls, halved
red onion, sliced (optional)
Slices dill pickles (optional)

Mix 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and pepper and rub both sides of the meat. The remaining brown sugar, onion and remaining ingredients (except meat) in the crock pot. Add beef and turn to coat. Cover and cook for 1 hours at the top, reduce heat to low and cook for 7 hours. Remove meat, reserve the sauce. Shred meat with 2 forks. RETOUR shredded meat slow cooker, combine the salsa. Spoon 1 / 2 cup meat mixture in the bottom half of each roll, onions and cucumbers, if desired. Yield: 10 servings.

Quick and easy coleslaw:

The green and red cabbage coleslaw buy concrete ready-mix bag (shredded carrots and shredded). It's like salad in a bag, but used a mixture of cabbage coleslaw

Buy cabbage "salad dressing

Mix salad dressing bag, a little salt, pepper and dry mustard powder (or a teaspoon of mustard, if you regularly dry).

Let stand in refrigerator for about 1 / 2 hours before serving to absorb the dressing into the cabbage.

I have a special recipe for one, but .. for the coleslaw, I buy pre-packaged already shredded cabbage salad with cabbage and carrots. Then, a little salt and pepper and mayonnaise, then a few spoonfuls of sour cream. Stir serve it. There are also bottled coleslaw mix in the hallway of his salad dressings grocery store, but I prefer my method.

For pork, I buy a roast pork and roast slowly in the oven. You want to add first salt and pepper and clean. Let it cook over low heat, covered 325 °, for about 2 hours, depending on size / thick. Is done when juices run clear. When you are done, remove from oven and let stand about 30 minutes. Then they cut and paste your favorite sandwich roll. Pour barbecue sauce, and even some of the salad, if you want.

The easiest way I know to make, BBQ pulled pork is put a pork roast in a crock pot, cover with a bottle of barbecue sauce and cook for 8 hours. Once done, instead of giving meat to a plate or in a large bowl and shred with two forks - is very sensitive. Place in Crock pot and stir through the sauce. Put bread and eat - and that's it!

I like coleslaw, but unfortunately, the recipe is often high in fat and calories. Then make a debt free version, which I think are very tasty. Instead of mayonnaise, salad of sweet-spicy cabbage is served with horseradish dressing, cider vinegar and honey. Find the recipe on my blog: http://buzz.prevention.com/community/dina-o/spicy-sweet-slaw-adds-pep-to-your-picnic

Hope you like it!
